Join Dee Iraca, Chef & Registered Dietitian, for a hands-on cooking class. Chef Dee is passionate about helping people learn about nutrition and cooking. She does nutrition counseling, cooking demonstrations and hands-on cooking classes to help people live healthier.
In this class, we'll be making Fresh Spring Rolls with Shrimp, fresh Vegetables & Herbs and we'll whip up a peanut sauce for dipping. We'll also be making a Thai Beef Salad with a homemade Lime Vinaigrette. Both of these dishes have so much flavor and they're great for warmer weather because they don't require an oven.
